We are looking for an organized, efficient Port Agent Operation Clerk to typically assists in the coordination of various activities related to port operations.

The responsibilities may include:

Documentation: Handling and processing of documentation related to vessel arrivals, departures, cargo handling, and customs procedures.

Communication: Liaising with port authorities, shipping companies, customs officials, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinating logistics activities such as vessel scheduling, berth assignments, cargo loading, and unloading operations.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of vessel movements, cargo handling, and related transactions.

Support Services: Providing support services to vessels and crew members, including arranging for supplies, repairs, and other necessary services.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and port procedures.

Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.

High School Certificate is required, more education and experience is generally preferred.
