Customer Service ? Respond to callers’ and visitors’ inquiries with a strong focus on customer care. ? Provide all relevant information to customers with regards to the product, system or service being offered for sale. ? Greet and assist visitors. ? Answer the phone calls quickly and politely. ? Ensure that complaints are resolved in a timely manner. ? Maintain the company professional image. Administration Support ? Assist the sales team in all administrative tasks, including correspondences, faxing, typing etc. ? Prioritize, prepare, send and follow up quotations as instructed by the Sales Executive. ? Liaise with the concerned departments for all delivery, installation and commissioning. ? Develop and maintain the department filing. ? Schedule and arrange appointments and meetings. ? Take and forward messages in time. ? Assist/ participate in meetings, and issue minutes as and when required. ? Update ERP system accordingly.
Marketing & Sales Support ? Assist in the designing and development of marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, pamphlets etc. ? Give support in marketing research work. ? Provide administration aid for various project related to sales & marketing.
Reporting Report the following to the Sales Executive and Marketing Manager: ? Weekly report on quotation sent and outcome (both positive & negative) ? Monthly reports on total sales, outstanding quotations and status. ? Statistic and commercial activity ? Discrepancies and customer complaints. Perform any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.
