The receptionist/cashier is the bridge between visitors/customers/job seekers and the public in
general and other staff of the organization and collect all payments.

Administrative Tasks:
? Prepare daily dispatch for Port-Louis;
? Receive all incoming fax and correspondences and keep track of same in appropriate books;
? Responsible for internal dispatch in the absence of the messenger;
? Compiling details for the payment of salesmen ‘commission’;
? Preparing cash taking for daily banking.

Customer Care:
? Inform Managers/Staff about incoming people for meetings;
? Welcome and greet guests, customers, job seekers and direct them to the relevant
department or managers;
? Collection of payments (cheque and cash) for all services being offered by the organization;
? Perform any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required
by the employer.

At least 1 years of relevant working experience
? Basic math and computer skills
? Experience as a cashier is desirable
? Customer service experience desirable
? Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
? Polite and courteous
? Alert and attentive to details
? Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Clean criminal record.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? High Degree of confidentiality
? Ability to work under pressure
