To be responsible to serve a table according to the standard procedures.

• Welcome and direct guests to their seats; present menu and wine list and take orders.
• Ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPs are adhered to.
• Prepare dining area, including all necessary mise-en-place for service.
• Serve customers in a professional, efficient & courteous manner!
