Our client in the financial sector is seeking to recruit a Supervising Officer- Business Development who will assist the Management Team to enhance the capabilities of Distribution Channels and generate Life new businesses.

Responsibilities:

Devise sales and marketing plans to generate new Life insurance businesses.
Assist in strengthening the distribution capabilities of the Life department.
Meet Sales target for new business and set sales targets for intermediaries and monitor sales performances.
Provide training/coaching/assistance to intermediaries/staff to help them achieve their respective sales target.
Assist in the day-to-day management of Distribution Channels.
Assist in recruitment of intermediaries and devise and run sales incentives scheme for intermediaries.
Organize meetings and events involving intermediaries.
Prepare reports.

What you need to know:

Profiles:

Either a Diploma in CII or a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 4 years' working experience in Channel Management / business development within the financial services sector (preferably in Life Insurance).
Possess a good knowledge of business development and Distribution Channels in Financial Services sector.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Possess strong analytical, time management and leadership skills.
Possess a very good knowledge of IT software used in Financial Services sector.
