HR Officer
Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an HR Officer who will report to the Director.
Responsibilities:
Be engaged in the recruitment process.
Organise interview and conduct selection procedures.
Prepare employees' compensation each month.
Manage attendance system for employees.
Provide information and guidance on employment law and company policies.
Assist in the execution of policies, and procedures.
Assist the Director in admin duties as and when required.
Work closely with the Management.
Profile:
Diploma/ bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in HR preferably in the distribution sector.
Very good communication skill both English and French.
Acumen for problem solving skill.
Friendly attitude and good team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to organise roster for staff.
Knowledge in Sicorax payroll and SKBL would be an advantage.
Sense of initiative.
Discreet.
