he Data Entry Clerk maintains the customer database by entering new and updated information and preparing source files that they will use in computerized formats. The process includes compiling all records into one file or table and sorting it based on criteria.

1. Process daily returns on system as per related invoice & loading sheet
2. Liaise with respective client to obtain information whenever needed
3. Liaise and communicate with Sales Representatives for approval of clients’ credit notes.
4. Submit approved Return Inwards to Accounts department for final processing and follow up.
5. Perform such other duties as may be requested by management
