Question for Dr Suresh Naga

Morning doctor naga..im Asha i did my surgery for my nose with you 1 month before and i already out of country and still from now i see a thread inside my nose and my nose still in pain..im trying to contact you to know what should I do i need to go to a doctor to remove that thread or leave it..
