Question for ACIM

Hello. Im Ajay. I bought a smart phone from a well known shop on cash payment. Unfortunately when i received my receipt for the goods bought it was a duplicate copy instead of an original receipt. Is it a normal practice or the buyer should always receive the original receipt,. Thanking you.
