Very bad customer service & after sales service...
One of the worst company for automated roller shutturs...
Paid 50k for 6 receivers and had to wait for the remote control to arrive by DHL...
Work done by amateurs...
Capasitor broken, waited for 2 weeks, each time a different person came, finally took the faulty capasitor and never came back to replace the faulty one...
Asked for servicing of existing roller shutturs, asked for 2k for each roller...
Always need to call the office to enquire on the status and many times, nobody answers the phone...
Many of my friends also had some issue with them concernng automatic gate barriers...
Not recommend at all...
