GROSS NEGLIGENCE! VERY DISGUSTING! UNPROFESSIONAL! DAYTIME THIEVES! I would URGE everyone who buys online to stop using FEDEX/Rennel Ltd for your shipping services. I am writing this review genuinely to inform you (whoever is reading this) to avoid using this company for your courier services. It's not that I am venting out my frustration but It is the SECOND time that I am being victim of their incompetencies. I had purchased online and paid shipping for FEDEX delivery 4 - 7 days. Yet, my consignment has been available for clearance here in Mauritius for 2 months and I have still not heard from them till now (02/02/2021). Each time I call their customer service, they don't have an answer and only ask for my contact details saying that they will revert back which they never do. Its the same thing each and every time I call them. They don't even respond to emails. Last time also it was the same scenario, then finally I received the parcel after months with A HUGE FINE FROM MRA (Rs5000). When I called Rennel for explanations again they told me they will look into the matter and call me back. I am still waiting till now. Attaching all proofs to support this genuine review!
Will surely be reporting this to the CPU this time.
DONT USE FEDEX use DHL or UPS instead.
