Our client is a global leader in industrial services contracting, dedicated to providing access solutions, hot and cold insulation, surface protection, and passive fire protection services to a diverse range of industries.


- Lead, motivate, support and manage the collective sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Analyse historical data, market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

- Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and nurture existing ones.

- Host and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the Company's presence.

- Operationally, Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


- Proven experience in a similar industrial B2B industrial sales role

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets

- Analytically driven and highly organized

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Above average EQ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of the Access, Hot and Cold Insulation (Cladding & Lagging) Industry, Surface Protection, and Passive Fire Protection main players and market trends

- Established network

- Self-motivated and self starting
