An electrical and automation engineer is a professional who designs, develops, and tests mechanical,
electrical and electronics devices, machines, and systems.

1. Design and Development: Design and develop electrical components and automation systems for machinery and equipment.
2. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze data to develop new electrical and automation designs or improve existing ones.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers and professionals, such as mechanical engineers, to integrate electrical and automation systems with other components.
4. Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes of electrical and automation systems to ensure they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
5. Project Management: Manage projects related to electrical and automation systems, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
6. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks and oversee manufacturing and assembly of electrical and automation components and systems.
7. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for electrical and automation systems in the field.
8. Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with new technologies and advances in the field of electrical engineering and automation, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
9. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance on electrical and automation systems, diagnose issues, and repair or replace damaged parts and components.
10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work, including details of parts used, labor costs, and duration of repairs.
11. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow proper safety procedures and guidelines, adhere to company policies and procedures, including Quality Management System (QMS) and lean management principles, and abide by Health and Safety Management Systems.

Working conditions
? Normal working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00.
? Required to work on Saturdays and overtime if and when needed.
