The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. The role primarily involves performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, with a focus on hydraulics circuits, gearboxes, motors, and drives. The candidate should also possess knowledge of the 5S principle to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.

* Conduct predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment and machinery.
* Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulics circuits and components to ensure optimal performance.
* Perform maintenance on various types of gearboxes to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
* Install motors and drives according to specifications and safety standards.
* Inspect and maintain motors, gears, and bearings to prolong their lifespan and prevent failures.
* Implement the 5S principle to promote cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the workplace.
* Collaborate with other team members to identify maintenance needs and develop effective solutions.
* Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements, for future reference.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
* Proficiency in performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
* Strong understanding of hydraulics circuits and components.
* Experience in maintaining various types of gearboxes.
