Job Summary

Cernol Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join its team as an Administrative Officer and Customer Support , responsible for providing administrative assistance and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities

Duties of Job

• Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, organize documents, and update records as needed.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation using Microsoft Office or other software applications.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
• Process customer order accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the customer.
