Job vacancy Handyman, Building Maintenance

To perform duties of Handyman/ Building maintenance at the various premises of Biosante Medical Laboratories.

Looking for candidate preferably in the region of Plaine Wilhems.

• Maintain & clean all facilities regularly
• Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs
• Regularly perform various landscaping tasks
• Fill gaps and provide painting services
• Perform lighting installation and carpeting
• Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
• Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed

• 1 year of experience as a handyman
• 1 year of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, Ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Holder of car driving license
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Problem solver
• Attention to detail
