    Our Client is in search of an outcome-oriented and visionary VP Sales and Distribution to lead its sales and distribution strategies. As a key member of the executive team, the VP Sales and Distribution will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive sales plans aimed at boosting revenue growth and expanding the organization's market footprint. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in the education or technology sector. Strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the digital landscape are essential.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Developing a strategic sales plan that aligns with the organization's overall objectives and revenue targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
    • Driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, creating innovative sales initiatives, and exploring untapped markets to expand the customer base and increase enrollment.
    • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success in achieving individual and collective sales goals.
    • Identifying key market trends and customer needs to devise effective distribution strategies that enhance the organization's market presence and brand visibility.
    • Establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporate entities, and other relevant organizations, to promote collaborations and drive enrollment growth.
    • Utilizing data-driven insights to assess sales performance, monitor key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Implementing strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance overall sales efficiency.
    • Developing and managing the sales and distribution budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support sales initiatives and maximize ROI.
    • Collaborating closely with other departments and subsidiaries, including uLesson Education, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless integration of sales efforts with other business functions.



    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
    • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the online education industry or related digital sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving significant revenue growth and meeting sales targets in a competitive and dynamic market.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
    • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, leveraging data for informed decision-making and driving sales initiatives.
    • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies that contribute to market share expansion and brand recognition.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building and maintenance of strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
    • An innovative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends and technologies in the online education industry, facilitating the adaptation and implementation of cutting-edge sales and distribution practices.
    • Strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of financial management and budgetary principles related to sales operations.
