Position:
Accounts Clerk.
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a reliable Account Clerk. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- General accounting and book-keeping
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records debtors’ payments and transactions
- Prepare vouchers and review invoices to be completed for creditors payment
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum HSC or bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Work Experience: No prior experience is needed.
- Computer literate : decent knowledge on Microsoft Office is important!
- Communication skills.
- Languages: Creole (mandatory), French and English (it would be an advantage to be able to communicate in English or French).
Conditions:
Salary: negotiable.
Attendance Bonus: Rs 1,500 (If no local leaves and no sick leaves are taken)
Transport: Bus Fare will be provided.
Working Hours: Mon to Friday: 08:30 to 17:00.
