Job vacancy Medical Sales Representatives

Our client in the Sales & Marketing sector is seeking to recruit motivated and energetic Medical Sales Representatives to join its team. The incumbent will report to the Country Manager and will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
Present and sell company medical products to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and CME events (after office hours, weekends).

Profiles:

BSc degree in Marketing, Biology, Medicine, or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed.
A comprehensive understanding of the medical field, and strong communication skills.
