Handy Man (General Maintenance)

- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Complete general building cleaning and maintenance
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building
- Assist electrician/ plumber in their duties

- Experience with basic hardware tools and basic electrical equipment
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Good certificate of character
