Reinsurance Administrative Coordinator

Job Presentation

Our client, a management company is seeking to recruit a Reinsurance Administrative Coordinator. The position will be based in the Mauritius Office and will report to the Director of Reinsurance Operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring of Departmental Processes and Operations.
Analyse and monitor the performance of the team to ensure strict compliance to set KPIs.
Provision of reports to management and underwriting team.
Assist management in process improvement.
Assist with people management.
Assist in the training/coaching of new recruits.
Any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements.

What you need to know:

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related subject.
Minimum five years of working experience in primary insurance or reinsurance.
Be fully computer literate.
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge to work in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment.
Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Solution-oriented with a focused, proactive, efficient, and independent working style.
Results driven with good execution skills.
Strong resilience to work under high pressure and ambitious growth strategy.
Excellent command of English and French, both in speaking and writing.
